Lauren Jobe

As Executive Recruiter on the Value Creation Team, Lauren supports all leadership hiring across Trinity Hunt's portfolio company management teams. Prior to joining Trinity Hunt in 2026, Lauren was a Principal at True Search, a global executive search firm, where she spent nearly five years partnering with private and public companies to build out their executive leadership teams.

Earlier in her career, Lauren served as a Teach For America corps member, an experience that shaped her people-first approach to talent and leadership.

Lauren graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Psychology and also holds a Business Certificate from UT Austin.
